DOLE® Tropical Fruit Crumble

INGREDIENTS
3 cans (15.25 oz. each) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Dry tropical fruit well with paper towels. Spoon tropical fruit in large bowl, stir in 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 tbsp flour, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Toss to evenly coat.
Stir together remaining 1/2 cup flour, oats, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt, in separate mixing bowl. Mix in butter until topping is clumpy.
Spoon tropical fruit mixture into 9-inch square baking dish Scatter streusel topping over tropical fruit.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the topping is golden brown. Serve with dollop of yogurt or sour cream, if desired.

This beautiful dessert takes minimal effort, but yields high rewards! Be sure to dry the fruit well to ensure that the topping is crispy, not soggy.
